Office Administrator/bookkeeper | Part-time

Responsibilities 

• Maintain accurate general ledger records

• Reconcile bank accounts

• Process & monitor customer invoices and payments

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial closing

• Acts as the first point of contact welcoming on-site clients, vendors & guests

• Office and customer service responsibilities that help keep us running smoothly include stocking & ordering supplies, organizing an occasional business lunch, phone calls, etc.

Qualifications 

• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or NetSuite

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

More Than Just a Job
