Bridgit ) Beals

Bridgit Beals has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a High School Teacher at Jalen Rose Leadership Academy from August 2012 to January 2014. During this time, they taught several subjects and also took up additional responsibilities as a co-cheerleading coach and student council sponsor.

From January 2014 to August 2015, Bridgit worked at WorkForce Software, initially as an HR Admin and Training Coordinator before progressing to roles as a Client Services Manager, Project Manager, and finally a Product Owner. Bridgit played a crucial role in managing client services and projects while also taking ownership of product development.

Following their tenure at WorkForce Software, Bridgit Beals joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Project Manager in April 2018. Bridgit then took on the position of Senior Project Manager from October 2019 to January 2020, where they successfully led and executed multiple projects. From January 2020 to January 2021, Bridgit served as a Team Lead and Senior Project Manager, showcasing their leadership skills and expertise in project management. Finally, in January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Professional Services Manager and Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of projects while managing the professional services team.

Currently, Bridgit Beals holds the position of Vice President of Enterprise Operations at i3 Verticals, starting from June 2023. As a leading executive, they play a crucial role in driving enterprise operations and ensuring efficient and effective processes within the organization.

Bridgit ((DeCarlo)) Beals, CSPO holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and German from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also studied Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Tübingen. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they hold a State of Michigan Secondary Education Teaching Certificate.
