Jon Swisher

Jon Swisher has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jon has held positions in companies such as i3 Verticals, Kiriworks LLC, PNC, Hyland Software, Western Reserve Health System, and YRC Worldwide, Inc.

At i3 Verticals, Jon is currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering for i3 Healthcare Solutions.

Previously, at Kiriworks LLC, they served as the Vice President of Sales & Product, providing oversight and direction to the sales and product development teams. Jon also held the roles of Director of Solution Development and Manager of Solution Development, leading teams in developing solutions for the Healthcare Payer space.

Before that, Jon worked at PNC as a Senior Platform Administrator, overseeing daily tasks and implementing change control processes.

Jon also worked at Hyland Software as a Solution Engineer in the Healthcare Solutions team, where they provided technical and solution leadership.

Jon began their career at YRC Worldwide, Inc. as a Systems Engineer in Information Security, where they were responsible for user account provisioning and enforcing information security policies.

Additionally, they served as an IT Support Analyst at Western Reserve Health System, providing day-to-day support for medical practices.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in sales, product development, solution architecture, technical leadership, and information security.

Jon Swisher attended Kent State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Jon Swisher has obtained multiple certifications including CDIA+, ECMp, Kapow Enterprise, OCI, OCR for AnyDoc System Administration, OCWE, and OCWV.
