Myagkov Valery

Myagkov Valery is a seasoned programming professional with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and roles since 1998. Currently serving as a Leading Programmer at ТЕЛКОР, Myagkov is focused on 5G development. Previous roles include Key Chief Project Engineer at Huawei RRI, where responsibilities included system level 2D drawing and implementation in services akin to Android, and Principal Programmer at i4 Insight, where support for products was finalized upon the company’s withdrawal from the Russian market. Myagkov has also worked for Navico as a Principal Programmer, advancing S57 chart technology, and held senior programming roles at Open Design Alliance and C-MAP, where innovative technologies and reverse engineering projects were developed. As Deputy Head of the Software Division at Marine Bridge & Navigation System, leadership was demonstrated in numerous large-scale industrial projects, including navigational systems. Myagkov's career began at Transas, contributing to the creation of industrial tanker simulators. Education includes a degree in Physicist Engineer from Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University, graduated with honors.
