Bob Gates

Bob Gates, CPC has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Bob is currently the Founding Partner & Vice President of Healthcare Partnerships at i4 Search Group, a role they have held since November 2019. Bob is also a Partner at Superior Talent Source since October 2022. In 2013, Bob started their own recruitment agency called Gates Search Group, where they served as the Owner. Prior to that, they worked as a Franchise Partner at Gecko Hospitality - Restaurant and Hospitality Division from July 2013 to June 2020. Bob also gained experience as a Senior Recruiter at Talent ARC LLC from June 2009 to June 2013 and as a Business Development Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek from May 2000 to June 2009. From September 2020 to January 2023, Bob was a Partner at Dental Career Services Inc. Overall, they have had a diverse range of roles in the recruitment industry, demonstrating their expertise and versatility.

Bob Gates, CPC attended Grosse Pointe North High School from 1992 to 1995. Bob then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from Michigan State University from 1995 to 2000. Bob Gates, CPC also holds additional certifications including CDR- Certified Diversity Recruiter / CIR- Certified Internet Recruiter, and CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) from the National Association of Personnel Services.
