Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at i4 Search Group since August 2023, Jennifer continues to lead Tierney Recruiting Services, founded in 2017, as the Owner, Founder, and Chief Talent Officer. Prior to this, Jennifer operated Tierney Restaurant Services, an executive recruiting firm specializing in mid-level and executive recruitment from 1997 to 2017. Jennifer's career also includes a significant tenure at TGI Fridays from 1990 to 1996, where skills in management and sales were honed across multiple locations.
