Nikki Doherty

Nikki Doherty, RN BSN, currently serves as a Franchise Partner and Recruiter at i4 Search Group - Healthcare Recruiting since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital from June 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care. Nikki's nursing career began as a Registered Nurse at Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati, Grant Medical Center, and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center from 1997 to 2004, focusing on scrubbing, circulating cases, and educating staff on new procedures. Additionally, Nikki gained experience in education as a Substitute Teacher and school nurse at Lakota Local Schools from January 2010 to June 2012. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University.
