Olga Chandran has over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. From 2010 to 2015, they worked for Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) Inc. as an SQA Analyst. During this time, they tested the developed software at all testing levels including functional, system, integration, regression, end-to-end testing, Section 508 testing, and user acceptance tests in accordance with the project schedule. Olga also created and executed SOAP UI test cases for Veterans Online Application (VOA) web services functional testing, and participated in grooming sessions with the customer and conducted daily scrum meetings. From 2015 to 2017, they worked for Engility Corporation as an SQA Analyst/Tester. During this time, they tested the developed software at all testing levels including functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing in accordance with the project schedule. Additionally, they analyzed user stories in RTC in order to write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the different sprints. From 2017 to 2018, they worked for Systems Made Simple, a Leidos Company, as an SQA Analyst (Tester)/ 508 Test Lead. During this time, they tested the developed software at all testing levels including functional, system, integration, regression, accessibility, and end-to-end testing in accordance with the project schedule. Olga also created test data in VistA and in Enrollment System for various processes, such as Adding, Viewing, and Editing a veteran, Military Service Episodes, Future Discharge Date, Addresses and much more. Olga has been working for i4DM since 2018 as a Test Lead. During this time, they have tested the developed software at all testing levels including functional, system, integration, regression, accessibility, and end-to-end testing in accordance with the project schedule. Olga has also created test data in VistA and in Enrollment System for various processes, and created and executed SOAP UI test cases for E&E web services, VADIR, and Health Care Application (HCA/VOA) web services functional testing.
Olga Chandran began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended Montgomery College to study Information Systems. Olga continued their studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Cyber Security in 2019. Olga then returned to the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In 2013, Olga also obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from the American Software Qualifications Board, Inc.
