Sonia Belanger has a robust background in leadership and customer experience within various sectors. At iA Financial Group, Sonia held dual roles as Director of Wealth Platform Transformation and Director of Customer Experience from January 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, Sonia served as Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations at Optel Group from November 2015 to January 2021. Earlier in the career, Sonia was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at LeddarTech from January 2013 to January 2015, and held the positions of General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing at IDC - Integral Dermo Correction from January 2008 to January 2013.
