Eduardo Sanz de Acedo Riba

Eduardo Sanz de Acedo RIBA, ARB, MCABE has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Eduardo currently holds the position of Principal: EMEA Project Director at IA Interior Architects since December 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Associate: EMEA Technical Director and Senior Associate: Project Architect & BIM Manager at the same company. Eduardo also worked as an Associate: Project Architect & BIM Manager and Project Architect & BIM Manager at IA Interior Architects. In addition, Eduardo was an Autodesk Education Expert Network - Premium Member at Autodesk. Before that, they had an Internship Project Architect role at AZPML LIMITED. Eduardo started their career as a Building Engineer at Vías y Construcciones S.A. and worked as a Chef Assistant at London Elizabeth Hotel.

Eduardo Sanz de Acedo RIBA, ARB, MCABE holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineer from Universidad de Burgos, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Eduardo then pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree as part of the Erasmus Programme at Università degli Studi di Palermo from 2009 to 2010. In 2008, Eduardo completed a Master Technical in Occupational Risks Prevention specializing in Ergonomy and Psychosociology from Universidad de Murcia. Eduardo also obtained a Food Handling License from London Training Centre in 2008. Eduardo obtained their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from Universidad Camilo José Cela from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they acquired a Professional Master BIM Expert Certification from 24 Studio Lab - Autodesk Authorized Training Center - ATC in Revit (Architecture, MEP & Structure), Navisworks, Vasari, Medit, Ecotect, and Green Building Studio. Subsequently, in 2015, they became a Master BIM Expert Certified by Autodesk in various software categories. Eduardo has further certifications as a RIBA Chartered Architect from RIBA, an ARB Registered Architect from the Architects Registration Board, and as a MCABE Chartered Building Engineer from the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. All three certifications were obtained in 2016.
