David W. Mandt

David W. Mandt, ICAE, boasts extensive experience in marketing and communications, particularly within the theme park industry. Since November 2006, David has served as the EVP and Chief Governance Officer and Executive Director of the IAAPA Foundation, following previous roles in marketing and communications at IAAPA. Prior experience includes Vice President of Advertising and Corporate Communications at Paramount Parks, where David oversaw campaigns for an international theme park company. Additional roles at Paramount's Carowinds and Kings Island involved leading marketing, guest relations, and public relations efforts. David's career began as Director of Marketing for STAR TREK: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completed in 1985.
