Monica Bejarano

Monica Bejarano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and labor operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at IAAPA since June 2022, Monica has also dedicated nearly two decades to Walt Disney World, where roles have included Labor Attendance and Time Team Leader, Labor and Admin Time Team Resource Leader, Training Specialist, Deployment Associate, Core Trainer, and Hostess. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership from Webster University, earned between October 2018 and December 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida.
