Dave Grimaldi

EVP Public Policy at IAB at IAB

Dave Grimaldi is currently the Executive Vice President of Public Policy at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Dave has held this position since January 2016. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Public Affairs at Pandora from March 2014 to January 2016.

From September 2010 to November 2013, Dave was the Chief of Staff for Commissioner Mignon L. Clyburn at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). In this role, they oversaw daily operations and advised the Commissioner on a variety of matters, including telecommunications, media, and consumer protection issues.

Before their time at the FCC, Dave served as Senior Counsel at The Raben Group from January 2007 to June 2009. Dave then worked as Senior Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives from June 2009 to September 2010. Dave has a wealth of experience in public policy and has been a powerful advocate for sensible legislation and regulation involving online privacy controls, geolocation, the use of sensitive user information, and more.

Dave Grimaldi completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a B.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University.
