Michael Texidor is the VP, Member Engagement Operations at IAB. Michael has also worked as the Manager, Revenue Operations at Pandora from December 2012 to February 2016. Their responsibilities included creating, designing, and implementing an onboarding program for new international and domestic hires, training 500+ Revenue Operations staff in soft skills, product knowledge, systems, management skills, and ad operations process via in-classroom instruction and e-learning. Michael also project managed end-to-end processes for delivering against ad campaigns and partnered with various internal teams to develop ad deliverables.
Prior to Pandora, Michael Texidor worked as a Digital Media Analyst at Crain Communications from December 2011 to December 2012 where they created, developed, and presented new digital advertising products and sponsorships for Sales team, in partnership with the Editorial & Marketing departments. Michael provided efficient analysis of web traffic data and identified valuable, actionable insights and trends to Crain’s Pensions & Investments Leadership Team.
From September 2010 to December 2011, Michael Texidor was a Campaign Manager at The New York Times. And from February 2007 to December 2009, they were a Classified Sales Associate at Crain's New York Business.
Michael Texidor has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. John's University and is currently a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. Michael is also a graduate of the Career Advancement Program (CAP) from Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Michael is certified by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence as an ICE Exchange Speaker.
