Simon Cavendish, SCMP, is a senior internal and change communication consultant with over 15 years of experience working with global organizations across 20 countries. Currently, they serve as the Chair of IABC EMENA and Director at Simon Monger Ltd, where they focus on strategic communication and engagement. Previously, Simon held senior roles at KPMG UK, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Transport for London, specializing in coaching C-suite executives and developing impactful communication strategies. Simon earned a degree from The University of Huddersfield and continues to be involved in mentoring communication professionals.
