Kanika Khanijo

Kanika is Indian-born and raised and joined IABC/Calgary soon upon her arrival in 2018. She previously volunteered as the IABC Calgary blog manager before being elected into her current board position in 2021. Kanika has worked in international manufacturing and lifestyle industry for more than eight years. She has strong strategic communications experience under her belt, with leading focus on IC, leadership and employee engagement. IABC has proved to be a catalyst in further honing her skillset along with building a strong network in a new country. Kanika’s higher education in management discipline with a masters degree in (MSc.) International Management from University of London, England, has helped her acquire the D&I global perspective and experience. She will be completing her certificate program in Digital Communications from MRU in 2022.
