Claus Friese has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Head of Service & Infrastruktur at IABG since March 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing a workshop, mechanical and hydraulic setups, team leadership, and quality management. Previous roles include project management and engineering positions focusing on machine construction and operational strength tests at IABG, as well as freelance product promotion and development at K2 Sports. Claus Friese’s background also includes practical experience at significant companies such as Airbus Helicopters and Webasto Group, coupled with a comprehensive education in mechanical engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where a Diplom-Ingenieur degree was obtained. Additionally, an early career was initiated at OPED GmbH and Optik Michaela Bucher, reflecting a solid foundation in machinery operation and quality inspection.
