Dale Brosius

Dale Brosius is an experienced professional in the composites and plastics industries, currently serving as the Chief Commercialization Officer at The Composites Institute within the IACMI, where involvement includes advancing manufacturing innovation. Since 1999, Dale has been President and Owner of Brosius Management Consulting, providing expertise in merger and acquisition, market research, strategic planning, and market development while also contributing to Composites World Magazine. Previously, Dale was the President of Quickstep Composites LLC, leading the commercialization of the Quickstep manufacturing process across multiple continents. Earlier career experiences include various roles in sales, marketing, and general management at Fiberite and Cytec Fiberite, and manufacturing and marketing positions at Dow Chemical. Dale holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
