Heather Castleberry

Heather Castleberry is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at IACMI – The Composites Institute since December 2018. In this role, Castleberry directs finance and accounting activities for a 125-member not-for-profit consortium, ensuring compliance with GAAP financial reporting, budgetary controls, and sustainability initiatives. Castleberry previously held key positions such as CFO/COO at IACMI, Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Pro2Serve, and various roles at Information International Associates, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate accounting functions and compliance. Castleberry holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Lakeland University, along with an Associate’s Degree from Pellissippi State Community College.
