Lucinda Curry

Lucinda Curry serves as the National Workforce Manager at IACMI – The Composites Institute since February 2022, where responsibilities include fostering collaboration among industry, universities, and government to enhance the composites sector. Previously, Lucinda held the role of Director of Workforce Development and Training at the Robert C. Byrd Institute from November 2008 to February 2022, overseeing the development of apprenticeship programs in advanced manufacturing. Lucinda also directed the Apprenticeship Works initiative at Marshall University Research Corporation, managing the National Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship Partnership team and ensuring the achievement of grant objectives. Lucinda earned a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership Studies from Marshall University between 2015 and 2018.
