Paul McDonnell

Paul McDonnell is an experienced assistant lecturer at IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, specializing in modelmaking and design for stage and screen since February 2002. In addition to academic roles, Paul has held positions as a model maker and creative director for various projects, including notable works with Tailored Films Ltd and Cardel, contributing to projects such as "ReRooted" and "Drawn Together." With expertise spanning areas like stop motion animation, puppet building, and creature design, Paul has collaborated with multiple companies, including Macnas - Spectacle Theatre Company and Keeper Pictures. Paul holds a Master's degree in Creative Arts Practice from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and several other qualifications in related fields.
