Mads Neergaard Kejser has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mads began their career as a Salgselev at METRO Cash & Carry Denmark, where they provided customer assistance in the areas of multimedia, radio/TV, and computer technology. Mads then worked as an Udkører/Forsendelse/Terminal employee at Dansk Supermarked, managing the shipment and receipt of food products.
Afterward, Kejser joined føtex, Dansk Supermarked, as a Portner/Salgsassistent, where they combined the responsibilities of a porter and a sales assistant in the Computer/Radio/TV department. Mads provided guidance, advice, and customer service to shoppers. Subsequently, they gained experience as a Studentervejleder at Svendborg International Maritime Academy, assisting in the promotion of educational programs and supporting students with their projects.
In the year 2011, Kejser worked as a Maskinmesteraspirant at Renosyd, followed by their role as a Mystery Shopper at Helion Research. These experiences contributed to their ability to provide insightful feedback on customer experiences and assess service quality.
From 2013 onwards, Kejser joined Exsitec Danmark and held multiple roles. Mads started as an IT-Konsulent / Visma Operations, bridging the gap between iAdvices' IT business and ERP business, particularly focusing on security, processes, and automation. Mads played a crucial role in establishing the Visma Operations department and managing customers' Visma solutions. Additionally, they participated as a Senior POS-konsulent, leveraging their expertise in point-of-sale systems and contributing to organizational success. Eventually, they transitioned into the role of Teamleder POS / Forretningskonsulent, leading a team while also serving as a business consultant.
Throughout their career, Kejser has accumulated an extensive skill set, including expertise in sales, support, implementation, and design of POS solutions, as well as proficiency in network and IT equipment operations and maintenance.
Mads Neergaard Kejser completed their education in a chronological order. In 2013, they attended AARHUS TECH, where they pursued a degree in Data og kommunikation at the Center for IT, Teknik og Innovation. From 2006 to 2008, Mads attended Metro Cash & Carry Tranbjerg, focusing on Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations. Mads obtained a degree as a Sales Assistant with a Major in Radio/TV. Prior to their time at Metro Cash & Carry Tranbjerg, Mads studied at Aarhus Business College in 2005 to 2006, where they completed the Handelsskolernes Grunduddannelse for Voksne - HGV program and specialized as a Faglært Salgsassistent. In addition to their formal education, Mads obtained several certifications, including Flexfone Forhandler from Flexfone A/S in October 2017, FlexPOS Underviser from FlexPOS Aps in June 2017, and Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin v2 from Ubiquiti Networks in August 2016.
