Jessica G.

Jessica G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and consulting. Jessica is currently working at iAdvize as the VP People, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at iAdvize from September 2021 to January 2023. Before joining iAdvize, Jessica worked as an HR Business Partner at Ubisoft from November 2018 to July 2019. Jessica also held a similar role at Suntory Beverage & Food France from November 2016 to October 2018. In addition, Jessica worked as a Consultant at Capgemini Invent from January 2016 to November 2016 and as a Human Resources Business Partner Assistant at Nestle S.A. from January 2014 to December 2015. Jessica started their career as a Sales representative at Sodebo in June 2013.

Jessica G. has completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Organization Development and Consultancy from EDHEC Business School. Jessica also attended ISCTE Business School for a Summer School program in Strategic knowledge and leadership. Prior to that, they pursued Classe préparatoire économique et commerciale with a focus on Economics at Lycée Vial, Nantes. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Cyberdiplômé avancé from Riot in May 2023. Jessica also holds certifications in Career Essentials in Generative AI from Microsoft and LinkedIn (year: 2023) and Label Handi Manager from Companieros (year: 2015).
