Robert Johnson

Robert Johnson has over 25 years of work experience, with their earliest position being an apprentice at GKN Driveline in 1996. Robert worked their way up to become a fully accredited Mechanical Engineer, developing skills in engineering design, producing engineering drawings, and understanding manufacturing processes. During their time at GKN Driveline, they also took on additional responsibilities such as Lean Enterprise Team Leader and Site Union Representative.

In 2008, Robert joined IAE as a Sales Team Leader, where they led a small team of Sales Advisors providing technical support and customer service for the Agricultural Industry. Robert later progressed to roles such as Area Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales - Agriculture at IAE.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong sales and leadership abilities, along with a focus on developing new business and maintaining existing client relationships. Robert has also gained experience in marketing, on-site measurement, and design services.

Robert Johnson attended LEEK HIGH SCHOOL from 1990 to 1994 where they completed their High School education, obtaining their GCSE qualification. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Buxton & Leek College, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and earning an ONC Mechanical Engineering degree. Additionally, they also achieved a BTech First Certificate and NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Mechanical Engineering during this time. Robert then pursued further education at Staffordshire University from 1998 to 2000, completing a degree in HNC in Mechanical Engineering. Johnson continued their educational journey at Staffordshire University, obtaining a City & Guilds degree in Pneumatic Systems from 2000 to 2001.
