Anita Nikoleska

Anita Nikoleska currently serves as an Associate Planning & Coordination Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Anita accumulated extensive experience at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from December 2009 to May 2023, where positions included Assistant to the Deputy Head of Office, Programme Assistant, and Project Administrator, as well as a temporary assignment in the Human Resources Department focused on the Gender Responsive Leadership Programme. Earlier in their career, Anita worked as a Project Assistant and Human Resources and Training Assistant at the Association of the Units of Local Self Governance (ZELS) from January 2006 to December 2009, serving as an Adviser and Training Coordinator. Anita holds a Master of Science degree in Managing the Public Sector from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
