Jeff Dulin has extensive experience in fire service leadership and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as the Strategic Advisor for National and International Programs at the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) since November 2015. Prior to this position, Jeff Dulin was the UASI Director for Charlotte UASI from 2004 to 2015 and held the role of Deputy Chief at the Charlotte Fire Department from 1983 to 2015. Jeff Dulin holds a Master of Science in National Defense and Security from the Naval Postgraduate School, earned between 2007 and 2009, and attended the University of Maryland.
