Theresa Knops is a dedicated Risk Reduction Specialist at Winston-Salem Fire Department. Theresa is also an experienced Fire and Life Safety Educator, currently teaching certification courses at different community colleges. Theresa serves as the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code Inspector 1 and Captain/Firefighter/EMT at Elkin Fire Department. Additionally, Theresa is a Fire Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the department. Theresa is also a self-employed Digital Marketing Specialist and has experience as a Program Coordinator at the UTAH HIGHWAY SAFETY OFFICE Department of Public Safety.
