David Conran

David Conran is a seasoned security management professional with extensive experience in both military and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Global Security Manager at IAG Cargo since January 2018, Conran oversees security risk management and compliance for the global cargo operations of multiple airlines, including British Airways and Iberia, with a key focus on London Heathrow's largest cargo facility. Prior to this role, Conran had a distinguished career in the British Army from 2002 to 2014, where positions included UK Ministry of Defence Acquisition Project Manager, Security Surveillance System Training Manager, and training various military personnel in operational resilience. Conran holds a Master’s Degree in International Security from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from UCL.
