Dirk Ufer

Dirk Ufer has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service for the Americas at IAG Cargo since August 2014. Previously, Dirk Ufer held various roles at British Airways, starting as a Customer Service Agent and advancing to positions such as Airport Manager, Business Implementation Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, and ultimately VP Customer Service for the Americas. Notable achievements include overseeing the transition from a legacy reservations system to Amadeus for stations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
