Firman So

Firman So has extensive experience in the cargo and logistics industry, currently serving as the Area Customer Service Manager for Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines at IAG Cargo since November 2019. Prior to this role, Firman So worked at Air Canada as the Manager of Cargo Sales & Service in Hong Kong from October 2011 to August 2019. Firman So holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) and a Master of Philosophy in Physics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
