Vikki Wright

Vikki Wright is currently the Head of Commercial and Customer Transformation at IAG Cargo, where they lead initiatives focused on customer engagement and transformation. They previously served as a Management Consultant at PwC, specializing in customer-led transformation projects, and held various roles within British Airways, including CRM Strategy & Change Lead. Vikki also worked as a CRM Manager at Philips and coordinated brand campaigns at Audi South Africa after completing the Volkswagen Group Grad Programme. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Hons. in Marketing from Stellenbosch University.
