Greg Saxton is a Principal User Experience Designer at IAG, where they focus on creating engaging and customer-centric experiences. With over 20 years of design experience, Greg's expertise encompasses UX research and design, interaction design, behavioral economics, and gamification, among others. They co-founded MARSH + DINGO and have held various roles in digital project management and product design, including at Diabetes Australia and Isobar. Greg has also taught User Experience Design at General Assembly, influencing around 100 students over two years.
