Joel Devries has extensive experience in analytics and data science, currently serving as Manager of Analytics & AI at IAG since August 2017, with previous roles including Digital Product Owner/Squad Lead and Data Science Manager. Prior to IAG, Joel worked at Commonwealth Bank from February 2011 to August 2017 in various positions such as Analytics Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included engaging with internal clients, capturing requirements, and delivering training. Joel began the professional journey as an Analyst in Client Analytics and graduated with a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney and a dual degree in Business Management and Arts from The University of Queensland.
