Leathem Sleith

Leathem Sleith serves as the Head of Business Enterprise Architecture at IAG GBS since November 2019, where responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive view of enterprise IT capabilities and embedding strategic transformational changes within Group IT and its operating companies. Previously, Leathem held roles as Enterprise Architect at Ardagh Group and Head of IT Architecture & Strategy at permanent tsb, focusing on IT strategy and architecture to support business objectives. Additional experience includes a Chief Architect position at Sogeti, where Leathem led integration design for financial services, and an Enterprise Architect role at SAP, contributing to governance and architecture modeling. Early career experience includes IT management at the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Price Forbes & Partners. Leathem's education includes advanced leadership training from the Irish Management Institute, along with certifications from SAP and the Project Management Institute.
