Luis Neves

Luis Neves is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in record-to-report processes and financial management. Presently serving as the Head of Record to Report at IAG GBS since August 2022, Luis oversees a team of around 100 full-time employees while supporting various operational companies in critical financial areas such as cash and banking and reporting. Prior to this role, Luis was the Global Process Owner for RtR at Amway, where responsibilities included process alignment, standardization, and the management of strategic projects. Additional experience includes leadership positions at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, IBM Business Transformation Outsourcing Center, Shell Business Shared Center, and financial consultancy roles. Luis holds an ACCA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics.
