Rita Hall

Rita Hall is an accomplished IT Cyber Transformation Manager at IAG GBS since August 2020, where responsibilities include shaping and leading the rollout of a new IT Operating Model for Cyber teams while reporting to the Group CISO. Prior to this, Rita held multiple roles at British Airways from 1988 to 2020, including IT Programme and Portfolio Manager, managing various IT systems related to Engineering, HR, Revenue Accounting, and eCommerce. Rita’s extensive experience spans project management, stakeholder engagement, financial control, and cyber risk reduction, complemented by an MBA from Lancaster University and a BSc in Geology and Geophysics from Durham University.
