Michał Tykarski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across a variety of sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Group, Micha oversees teams focused on projects in supply chain, ESG, decentralized identity, and Real World Assets tokenization. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where work focused on self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha's experience also encompasses pivotal positions such as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, along with advisory roles for various organizations including the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, complemented by further education in fintech and project management.
