Kevin Silva

Kevin Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for Downstream Services at IAL Engineering Services Ltd since November 2024, Kevin has held various senior roles including Senior Project Services Manager at DRL Engineering, Head of Operations at NH International (Caribbean) Ltd., and Operations Project Manager at DRL Engineering. With a strong background in oil and gas, construction, and project controls, Kevin has also worked for notable companies such as Wood, Perenco, Repsol, BP, and Carillion. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
