Charlotte Hounsom

Charlotte Hounsom is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Communications at IAM RoadSmart since March 2022, Charlotte has progressed through senior marketing positions including Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes work as Marketing Campaign Manager at the Institution of Engineering and Technology from December 2018 to March 2022, as well as Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Executive at Bourne Leisure Ltd, and Assistant Marketing Manager at Dixons Carphone. An early career includes a role in customer insight and public relations at Screwfix and coordination of the Employability and Placements Unit at Coventry University, where Charlotte earned a 1st Class Honours degree in Marketing and Advertising. Education was received at Coventry University and Stanborough School.
