Cynthia Bressler has held various engineering roles for over 17 years. Cynthia started as a Project Engineer with Delta Scientific in 2004, where they managed technical projects and implemented a quality control program. Cynthia then worked as a Design Engineer with Rolls-Royce and PKMJ Technical Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, where they produced engineering change packages and managed independent projects.
Bressler then joined Uber in 2016 as a Development Vehicle Operator II, and later worked as a Test Operations Specialist and Platform Triage Analyst II from 2017 to 2021. Their responsibilities included operating prototype vehicles, providing live support to operators, diagnosing issues in autonomy software and hardware systems, and presenting results to various engineering and leadership groups.
From 2021 to 2022, Bressler worked for Argo AI as a Support Associate II and a Mission Control Associate II, where they assisted in navigating complex situations with autonomous vehicles, diagnosed and troubleshooted hardware and software issues in real-time, and helped to create and update documentation.
In 2023, Bressler started working as a Test Engineering Technician with IAM Robotics. Their work experience demonstrates extensive skills and knowledge in engineering, project management, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
Cynthia Bressler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University between 1999 and 2004.
