Trey Overholt, CPA

Trey Overholt, CPA has over 13 years of professional experience in the accounting and finance industry. Trey began their career in 2007 as an Accounts Payable at Zimmer OSP. In 2010, they moved to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as an Audit Senior. Trey then joined McKonly & Asbury in 2014 as a Manager. In 2016, they became an Audit Manager at PwC. Trey then moved to Gateway Health in 2018 as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting. In 2020, they joined Clover Health as the Accounting and Reporting Leader. Most recently, Trey began working at IAM Robotics in 2022 as the VP of Finance and at Fifth Season in 2022 as the Controller.

Trey Overholt, CPA studied Accounting at Messiah University and obtained a Minor in Spanish from Universtat de Barcelona in 2009.
