Lisette van Lith

Lisette van Lith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lisette is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at IamFluidics BV, a CDMO specializing in the production of high-quality monodisperse microparticles for multiple industries. Prior to this, they held the same position at Bambi Medical, a MedTech company focused on developing skin-friendly wireless vital signs monitoring devices for neonates.

Previously, Lisette worked at Rousselot, where they served as the Global Director Health & Nutrition. In this role, they were responsible for the company's Health & Nutrition business, with a focus on the collagen peptides brand Peptan. Lisette was also a member of the global Rousselot Management Team.

Before joining Rousselot, Lisette held multiple roles at Corbion. Lisette started as the Global Strategic Business Development Manager for the CASE business unit. In this position, they played a key role in driving business development, platform and segment strategy development, and brand development. Lisette later became the Global Market Manager for Home & Personal Care, where they were responsible for commercial management of the industry segment.

Lisette began their career at Eastman Chemical Company, where they worked as a Market Development Manager and later as a Product Market Analyst. Lisette also gained experience at LyondellBasell, serving as a Product Stewardship Business Consultant and HSE Engineer. Lisette's early professional experience includes working as a Consultant at ERM.

Throughout their career, Lisette has demonstrated expertise in commercial management, business development, strategy development and execution, and product portfolio management. Lisette has a strong background in the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, home care, coatings, adhesive, and food & beverage manufacturing industries.

Lisette van Lith completed their education at three different institutions. From 1995 to 2003, they attended the University of Twente, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management. In 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in the Darling Management Development Program at TIAS School for Business and Society. Lisette also has a high school education from Zwijsen College Veghel, where they completed their Atheneum degree. No specific years or field of study are provided for their high school education.
