Denis Doucet

Denis Doucet possesses extensive experience in upper management and operational roles within the mining and forestry sectors. As the current Directeur général adjoint at IAMGOLD Corporation since April 2020, Denis has previously held significant positions, including Directeur des opérations and Directeur d’usine. Denis also served as Directeur concentrateur at Glencore Zinc from November 2017 to April 2020, and held the role of Directeur général at Produits forestiers Résolu from October 2016 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes positions at ArcelorMittal et Baffinland, Glencore, and Resolute Forest Products, highlighting a strong background in production management and technical services. Denis holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on project management from Université Laval, along with a Master's degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a Certificat en comptabilite from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
