Julian Lavender

Julian Lavender has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Julian started their career in 1991 as a Negotiator/Trainee Surveyor at Taylors Estate Agents and Surveyors. Julian then served as an Area Manager/Branch Manager at Whitegates Estate Agents from 1994 to 1999. Julian worked as a Branch Manager at O'Riordan Bond in 1999 and later became an Area Manager at Nock Deighton from 2000 to 2004. Julian then joined Strutt & Parker as an Associate Director from 2004 to 2008. Julian worked as the City Operations Manager-West Midlands at Unite Students from 2008 to 2011. Julian then moved on to become a Regional Valuer at Express Estate Agency from 2011 to 2012. Currently, Julian is employed as the Corporate Accounts Director at iamproperty & iamsold, starting from October 2012.

Julian Lavender attended Northumbria University from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Estate Management with a focus on Property.
