Anshoo Gaur

Anshoo Gaur is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As Co-founder and Group CEO of Ideas To Impacts since April 2021, Anshoo focuses on delivering exceptional value to customers while empowering talent from small towns in the tech economy. Anshoo also founded eldr (formerly happyAging) and has been a member of YPO and Global Shapers, where Anshoo served as Founding Curator, building a purpose-driven community in Pune. Additional roles include advisory positions at Teach For India and Life School, and founding and board member roles at Praavega Systems Pvt Ltd and Kloudq Technologies Limited. Anshoo's investment expertise is evident as an angel investor with Indian Angel Network, alongside advisory roles at Verolt Engineering Limited. Anshoo holds a Master’s degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
