Uday Gangji

Uday Gangji is an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently employed at Ian Williams Ltd since September 2023. Prior to this role, Uday held various positions at asra Housing Group from January 2014 to November 2024, including Team Manager for Repairs and Voids, overseeing the management of five contracts for approximately 11,000 properties, and Repairs Coordinator, managing two contracts for the same number of properties. Uday also served as a Graduate Surveyor, managing a Repairs service for about 7,000 properties, conducting inspections, and reporting findings. Earlier experience includes positions as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Lafarge, where Uday assisted with cost control on civil engineering projects, and as a Graduate Building Surveyor at E.ON Energy Solutions. Uday holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2012.
