Andrew Fernsten

Andrew Fernsten has been working in the software engineering industry since 2001. Andrew began their career at Lifeline Systems as an Application Support Analyst. In 2005, they moved to Philips Lifeline as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and then to Philips Lifeline (Formerly Lifeline Systems Inc.) as a Software QA Engineer. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at ScanScout as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Tremor Video in various roles, including Director of Quality Assurance, Server QA Manager, and Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2020, they joined ianacare as the Director of Engineering.

Andrew Fernsten obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Framingham State University between 1996 and 2003. Andrew has also obtained three Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance in June 2017, June 2019, and June 2020.
