Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith has a long and varied work experience. Jeremy began their career in 1999 as an Internet Tech Support for Twister Communications. In 2000 they moved on to McLeodUSA/Splitrock as a Data Support Specialist II. From 2005-2007, they worked at Lone Star College as a Micro Computer Specialist I, and at the same time at Hewlett-Packard as a Classroom Technician. In 2005 they also began working at Mid-South Synergy as a Network Administrator. In 2007 they moved to Memorial Hermann Healthcare System as a Lead Desktop Field Support - Sr. Client Admin Analyst. In 2014 they worked at PrimeTech Solutions as a System Administrator - IT Consultant. From 2015-2019 they worked at SUN Behavioral Houston as an IT Manager. In 2020 they began working at ianAsher openSolutions as the Director of Operations.

Jeremy Smith's education history includes a Microsoft Networking Specialist Certificate (MCSE Equivalent) from Lone Star College from 1999 to 2007 in the field of Computer Science, as well as a GED from Pearblossum Private School from 1996 to 1999 in the fields of Computer Science and Programming. Additionally, Jeremy has obtained a number of certifications from Microsoft, including MS: Windows 7, Configuring and MS: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician in December 2015, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in April 2012, MCSA: Windows 7 in April 2012, MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 in July 2011, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration in June 2011, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in July 2006.
