James Eckersley

James (Jake) Eckersley is a seasoned professional in sales training and enablement, currently serving as Senior Manager at IANS since October 2025, where responsibilities include training and supporting sales teams to drive growth and client retention. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle from March 2018 to September 2025, including positions as Regional Process Owner and Lead Content Creator for Sales Enablement, where James (Jake) developed learning curriculums and created training content for sales teams. Additionally, Jake held the role of Talent Development Manager, overseeing onboarding processes for over 500 new hires, and served as Senior Enterprise Account Manager, positioning Oracle applications to significant retail accounts. Earlier in his career, Jake worked as a Product Advisor at Microsoft and served in the US Army as a Cavalry Scout, demonstrating leadership and accountability in high-pressure environments.
