Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as IANS Faculty since June 2022, where executive mentoring is provided to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and emerging cyber professionals. Previously, Jeff served as a Board Member for the Internet Security Alliance from July 2005 to February 2021 and held the position of Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Raytheon during the same period. Jeff's extensive career in the United States Air Force spanned from 1977 to 2005, culminating in retirement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in National Security Studies from the National War College.
